Please make sure that all links in emails sent from Locadot begin with www.locadot.com or loca.link. Any other address is fake, and could be an attempt to hack into your account and steal your payment details or take over control of your account. Please forward such emails to email@example.com so we can be aware of potential security issues.
You should have a direct contact within Locadot who can handle your support concerns. If you don't yet have a contact, or your contact isn't getting the job done, feel free to email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there's a billing issue that hasn't been addressed by your client representative, or for charges on your credit card that you can't track down, email email@example.com with as much detail as possible. It's likely that someone within your company has decided to sign up for Locadot, but whatever the case may be, we will get to the bottom of things!
If you have subscribed to or followed businesses, you will have to contact them to ensure they have also taken your data out of their systems. We wish we could automate this process, but that’s a impossible with how the Internet works: it’s a network of systems that talk to each other.
